From sellers (our users):
- Email address and name (for account registration)
- Business information
From marketplace integrations (eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, SHEIN) on behalf of sellers:
- Buyer name, email address, and phone number (from orders)
- Shipping address (address line, city, state, ZIP/postal code, country)
- Order details (items, quantities, prices)
Automatically collected:
- IP address and browser information (for security and analytics)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Sync and manage orders from connected marketplaces
- Route orders to print-on-demand fulfillment factories
- Provide order tracking and production status updates
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates)
- Improve and maintain our platform
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on AWS infrastructure located in the United States
- Buyer email addresses and phone numbers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- OAuth tokens from marketplace integrations are encrypted and never stored in plain text
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

- Order data is retained for 3 years for business record purposes
- When a seller disconnects a marketplace integration, OAuth tokens are immediately deleted
- Sellers may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Data portability
