Etsy listings for your print-on-demand products
Inkica is a print-on-demand service for independent Etsy sellers, operated by Golden Goat Commerce LLC. The Inkica Etsy app creates and manages listings in your Etsy shop for the products our manufacturing partners make. It only works with your listings: it cannot read your Etsy orders, buyers or payments.
The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
How it works
Step 1
Connect your Etsy shop
Sign in to Etsy and approve Inkica's access to your listings. We only access shops whose owners authorize us, and you can disconnect at any time.
Step 2
Set up your product
Pick a product we make, add your design, mockup photos, variations and prices.
Step 3
Publish it to your Etsy shop
Inkica creates the listing in your shop, with the production partner Etsy requires. Edit or delete it from Inkica whenever you like.
Step 4
Orders come through ShipStation
When a buyer orders, the order reaches Inkica through ShipStation, one of Etsy's shipping partners, which you link to your Etsy shop. We print and ship it, and ShipStation adds the tracking to your Etsy order.
Manage your Etsy listings
You can create, edit and delete your own Etsy listings from Inkica, including photos, variations and personalization. Because your items are made by a production partner, Inkica asks you to choose your shop's production partner on every new listing, as Etsy's Creativity Standards require. You add production partners in Etsy Shop Manager.
What Inkica can access on Etsy
When you connect your shop, Etsy asks you to approve these permissions. We request only what the app uses:
| shops_r | Identify which Etsy shop you connected, and read its shipping profiles and production partners for your listings. |
| listings_r | Read your listings and their variations, so you can see and update them in Inkica. |
| listings_w | Create and edit your own listings from Inkica when you choose to. |
| listings_d | Delete your own listings from Inkica when you choose to. |
The app does not request access to orders, buyer addresses or payments, so it cannot read them. Your orders reach Inkica only through ShipStation.
How we treat your data
- We never email or message your Etsy buyers, and we do not request their email address.
- We do not sell Etsy data, and we do not use it for advertising, market research or competitor analysis.
- Etsy content (listings, photos, reviews and orders) is never sent to AI services or used to train AI models.
- Order details we receive from ShipStation are shared only with the services needed to fulfill the order: our manufacturing partners, shipping label providers and carriers, and AWS, our cloud host.
- Buyer names and shipping addresses are removed from an order 90 days after it is delivered or cancelled.
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnecting your shop deletes them immediately.
