Terms of Service

Inkica is a print-on-demand fulfillment service for Etsy sellers. With Inkica you can:

• Connect your Etsy shop through Etsy's OAuth to create, edit and delete your own Etsy listings
• Receive your paid Etsy orders through ShipStation, one of Etsy's shipping partners, once you link your shop to it
• Have orders printed and shipped by our manufacturing partners
• Have the carrier and tracking number added to your Etsy orders through ShipStation

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us right away about any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old

When you connect an Etsy shop, you:

• Confirm that you own the shop or are authorized to connect it
• Authorize Inkica to read your shop details and listings, and to create, edit or delete listings when you ask us to. The Inkica Etsy app does not access your orders, buyers or payments
• Can disconnect the shop at any time from Inkica or from your Etsy account settings

Inkica acts only on your instructions and to provide the service described above. We never contact your Etsy buyers.

• Follow Etsy's Terms of Use and policies, including its Creativity Standards. Listings created through Inkica must name the production partner that makes the item
• Own or have the rights to every design you upload
• Keep your listings, prices and product information accurate
• Do not use Inkica for anything illegal, fraudulent or infringing, or to send unsolicited messages

• Connecting your Etsy shop is free. You pay for the products we print and the shipping
• Fulfillment costs are paid from your Inkica wallet, which you fund by bank transfer
• Costs are deducted when an order is sent to production, and refunded to the wallet if fulfillment fails
• All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise

You keep all rights to your designs and listings. You give Inkica and its manufacturing partners permission to use your designs only to produce and ship your orders. The Inkica service itself, including its software and design, belongs to Inkica.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data from your Etsy shop. By using the service, you agree to it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkica is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue, or lost data
• Delays or failures caused by manufacturing partners, carriers or Etsy
• Actions Etsy takes on your Etsy account

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Inkica in the 3 months before the claim.

Inkica is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY INKICA, OPERATED BY GOLDEN GOAT COMMERCE LLC (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

You can close your account at any time by emailing api.dev@inkica.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. When an account is closed, its access is revoked, its Etsy OAuth tokens are deleted, and order records may be kept as required by law.

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app, and ask you to accept them before you continue using Inkica.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
