This Privacy Policy explains how Inkica, operated by Golden Goat Commerce LLC ("Inkica", "we", "us"), handles information when an Etsy seller connects their Etsy shop to Inkica for print-on-demand fulfillment.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Inkica service for Etsy sellers: managing the seller's own listings through the Inkica Etsy app, connected with Etsy's OAuth, and fulfilling the seller's paid Etsy orders, which reach Inkica through ShipStation, one of Etsy's shipping partners. We act as a service provider to the Etsy seller who connects their shop, and we process Etsy data only to provide that service.

2. Information We Collect

From you, the seller:

  • Account details: company name, email address, phone number and password (or Google sign-in)
  • Product designs and files you upload

From your Etsy shop, through the Etsy API, after you authorize Inkica:

  • Shop details: shop name and ID, shipping profiles, return policies, sections and production partners
  • Listings you manage through Inkica: titles, descriptions, photos, variations, prices and inventory
  • Your shop's public reviews — read from Etsy only when you open the Reviews tab in Inkica, and not stored

The Inkica Etsy app does not request access to your Etsy orders, buyers' addresses or email addresses, payments, messages or account profile.

From ShipStation, for the Etsy orders that reach Inkica through it:

  • Paid orders: buyer name, shipping address, items, variations, quantities, prices, personalization text, ship-by date, gift message and order status

Collected automatically:

  • IP address and browser information, for security and to show you your active sessions
  • Usage data such as pages visited and features used

3. How We Use It

  • Show your paid Etsy orders, received through ShipStation, in Inkica and match them to your products
  • Send orders to our manufacturing partners to print and ship them
  • Buy shipping labels and send the carrier and tracking number to the Etsy order through ShipStation
  • Create, edit or delete your own listings when you ask us to
  • Send you account and service emails, such as email verification, password resets and shop-disconnected alerts
  • Provide support and keep the service secure

We never email or message your Etsy buyers. We do not use Etsy data for advertising, market research, competitor analysis or training machine-learning models, and we never send Etsy content (orders, listings, photos or reviews) to AI services.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade Etsy data. We share it only with:

  • Our manufacturing partners — buyer name, shipping address, items and design files, to produce and ship the order
  • Shipping label providers and carriers — buyer name and shipping address, to create the label and deliver the package
  • ShipStation — to receive your Etsy orders and send tracking numbers back to Etsy
  • AWS, our cloud provider — hosting, file storage and sending emails to you
  • Authorities, when required by law

5. Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on AWS cloud infrastructure in the United States
  • Etsy OAuth tokens are encrypted and never stored in plain text
  • Buyer names and shipping addresses are used only to fulfill the order they belong to
  • All traffic to Inkica uses encrypted HTTPS connections

6. Retention

  • We keep Etsy data only as long as needed to fulfill your orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations
  • Buyer names and shipping addresses are removed from an order 90 days after it is delivered or cancelled
  • The rest of the order record (items, amounts, status) is kept for up to 3 years for accounting and tax purposes
  • When you disconnect your Etsy shop, its OAuth tokens are deleted immediately and we stop reading your listings; buyer details on past orders are still removed on the same 90-day schedule
  • You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Disconnect your Etsy shop from Inkica at any time, or revoke Inkica's access in your Etsy account settings
  • Access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you
  • Withdraw your consent to processing by closing your account

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

Inkica is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app. Sellers are asked to accept updated terms before continuing to use Inkica.
