Marketplace mail

Forward emails from TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Temu to Inkica to see policy warnings, removed listings, disputes and payout holds here, without opening each shop's mailbox.

Your forwarding address

Every shop mailbox can forward to this same address. Inkica tells the shops apart by the mailbox each email was sent to.

    How to set up forwarding in Gmail

    1. Open Gmail for the shop's email. Go to Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address, and enter your Inkica address above.
    2. Gmail sends a confirmation email to Inkica. Within a minute a "Confirm forwarding" button appears above — click it, then click Confirm on the Gmail page.
    3. Back in Gmail, search with the filter below, click Create filter, tick Forward it to and pick your Inkica address. Leave forwarding of all mail turned off — only marketplace mail should be forwarded.

    Login codes and password reset emails are never stored or shown. Emails are kept for 90 days.
